01 About our production

The company's production facilities include two modern plants in Ufa and Beloretsk.

Our facilities are among the largest in Russia for the production of paints, varnishes, and lubricants.

Every stage of production is built on the principles of quality, environmental friendliness, and safety, which allows us to offer customers solutions that meet global sustainability standards.

Powder coating shop

Our production is equipped with four modern lines, each of which provides a full cycle—from raw material preparation to the production of 10,000 kg of finished products per shift. Each production line includes several key areas:

  • a weighing area with high-precision scales, modern unloaders, and mixers, which ensures absolute consistency of composition during production;
  • new-generation automated extruders, enabling the production of high-quality products with minimal human intervention;
  • a grinding and packaging line, guaranteeing the accuracy and consistency of the finished product quality at every stage.
  • a separate extruder, allowing the lab-developed formula to be scaled up to pilot-scale production batches with a capacity of up to 80 kg per hour.

The production facility consists of several lines, which simultaneously produce up to 90 tons of high-quality anti-corrosion coatings per day. The tank farm includes tanks with capacities ranging from 3 to 10 m³. The following equipment forms the basis of the technological process:

  • a dissolver with a built-in automated control system Ensure high-quality mixing and dissolution of all raw material components during preparation;
  • Modern, high-tech bead mills perform fine and ultrafine continuous grinding and dispersion of solids in liquids;
  • High-quality typers (mixers) produce a homogeneous product characterized by consistent quality and competitiveness.

Dry products workshop

The workshop's production capacity is over 180 tons of products per month.

Our production of dry materials (graphite lubricants, deoxidizers, drawing lubricants, construction chemicals, technical cleaners) is organized using dedicated production lines for each product, guaranteeing absolute purity and consistent properties in every batch.

All technological processes are equipped with modern equipment:

  • Modern mixing systems with capacities from 1 to 3 m³ and high-efficiency mixers ensure complete homogeneity and consistency of the product at all stages of production.
  • A multi-stage screening system guarantees impeccable quality of finished products and eliminates foreign inclusions;
  • A flexible unloading and packaging system allows for packaging products in bags and big bags of any volume, strictly meeting customer requirements;
  • Specialized lines with temperature control systems (heating and cooling) ensure strict adherence to process parameters for the highest quality products.
Liquid products workshop

The workshop's production capacity exceeds 550 tons of finished products per month. Liquid materials (graphite lubricants, cutting fluids, expander and rolling oils, construction chemicals, and technical cleaners) are produced using separate lines for each product type, eliminating cross-contamination and ensuring formula stability.

The process is equipped with cutting-edge technological equipment:

  • Powerful mixing stations with a capacity of 5 to 10 m³, including floor mixers, create conditions for the ideal mixing of components of any viscosity;
  • An automated component dosing system minimizes the influence of the human factor and ensures the highest recipe accuracy;
  • An innovative system for feeding dry components into the liquid phase ensures their complete dissolution and the formation of an absolutely homogeneous, stable mixture; class="redactor-invisible-space">
